Refund Policy: Any refunds due will be made to the credit card charged within 30 days of notification of the lack of service. Complaints can be emailed to info@sataxi.com or by calling management at (210) 319-3549. If the client fails to cancel ordered services in a timely manner, prior to dispatch of our driver, the client’s credit card may be charged for the transportation services including driver’s waiting time.
